By accessing, browsing, or using the j0y9 website (including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, and associated services available at j0y9.app), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect at the moment of your first visit to the platform and continues for the duration of your use of any j0y9 service, whether or not you have created a registered account.

If you are registering an account on behalf of any corporate entity or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. j0y9 does not permit corporate or syndicate accounts; all accounts must be registered by and for the exclusive use of a single adult individual.

j0y9 may update, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j0y9 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any modifications.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with j0y9's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Bonus Terms applicable to individual promotions, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and j0y9.

Access to and use of the j0y9 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j0y9 is a strictly 18+ platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, access, or use any part of the j0y9 platform under any circumstances. 18+

• You must not be a current or former employee of j0y9, or an immediate family member of such an employee, without prior written consent from j0y9 management.
• You must not have been previously excluded from j0y9 under a self-exclusion agreement or have had a j0y9 account terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and using your own funds — not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.

j0y9 employs age verification procedures as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed. If at any point j0y9 has reason to believe that an account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement, the account will be suspended pending verification. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be closed and any deposits made will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, with no winnings paid out.

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. j0y9 recommends tools such as device-level screen time controls and browser-level content filtering for households where minors may access shared devices.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account details promptly if any of the provided information changes. j0y9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification bearing your photograph and date of birth.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active j0y9 account. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If j0y9 detects that a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts other than the first registered account may be closed without notice, and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. j0y9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Bangladesh mobile number as an additional layer of account security. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified j0y9 of unauthorised access at [email protected].

Account Currency: All j0y9 accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT only. No currency conversion is applied within the platform, and j0y9 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency.

j0y9 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfer to participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. j0y9 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, international wire transfer, or any payment method not listed in the current payment options on the platform.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your j0y9 wallet and will be returned to the originating payment source.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ৳1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed the KYC verification process may be subject to withdrawal limits until verification is finalised.

Processing Times: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your j0y9 wallet in near real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits typically take 30 to 60 minutes. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed within four hours on average. Requests submitted after 10 PM BST may take up to eight hours to be processed. j0y9 does not charge a fee for withdrawals on the platform side; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their standard transaction fee.

Funds Source Declaration: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment account used. j0y9 may request source-of-funds documentation as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a hold on your account and/or withdrawal requests pending further review.

Failed and Reversed Transactions: j0y9 is not liable for failed transactions resulting from technical issues on the part of your mobile wallet provider or bank. If a deposit is debited from your mobile wallet but not credited to your j0y9 account within 30 minutes, please contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number and the registered mobile number used for the payment.

j0y9 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to: a welcome bonus for new account registrations, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cricket cashback offers during BPL and T20 tournaments, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day). All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (for example, 20x or 30x the bonus amount) will be clearly stated in the bonus terms for each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically.

Welcome Bonus: The j0y9 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new account holders on their first deposit. Eligibility requires a minimum qualifying deposit, which will be stated in the promotion details at the time of claim. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including by registering a second account — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse: j0y9 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit the terms of a promotion without genuine recreational play intent. If j0y9 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, j0y9 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the player's account. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made by j0y9's risk and compliance team and are final.

General Bonus Conditions: Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise. j0y9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.

As a registered user of the j0y9 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• Truthful Information: You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and in all subsequent communications with j0y9, including when submitting KYC documentation.
• No Fraudulent Activity: You will not engage in, facilitate, or attempt to facilitate any fraudulent activity on the platform, including but not limited to: using stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, chargebacks on legitimate transactions, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software bugs.
• No Automated Systems: You will not use bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, data scrapers, or any other automated system to interact with the j0y9 platform in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Respectful Conduct: In all interactions with j0y9 customer support staff, you will maintain respectful and professional conduct. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at support staff or other players will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.
• No Illegal Activity: You will not use the j0y9 platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law, including any attempt to launder money or finance illegal activity through gaming transactions.
• Account Security: You will take all reasonable measures to protect the security of your account credentials and will notify j0y9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Single Account: You will maintain only one active j0y9 account and will not attempt to circumvent any account restrictions or closures by registering a new account.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance pending investigation, and permanent closure of your account at j0y9's sole discretion. j0y9 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate Bangladeshi authorities.

All content available on the j0y9 platform — including but not limited to the j0y9 brand name, logo, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, typography, written content, promotional materials, game presentation elements, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of j0y9 or its licensed third-party suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Game content (slot games, live dealer video streams, crash game mechanics, and virtual sports simulations) is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective studios and their licensors. j0y9's licence to deliver this content does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j0y9 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the j0y9 platform without express prior written consent from j0y9.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you communicate to j0y9 regarding improvements to the platform may be used by j0y9 without restriction, compensation, or attribution to you as the originating source.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j0y9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the j0y9 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own decisions during gameplay or sports betting, including losses incurred during a losing streak or as a result of an unsuccessful wager;
• Temporary or extended platform downtime, including during peak BPL match evenings, caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failure, cyberattack, or force majeure events beyond j0y9's reasonable control;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party mobile wallet providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or Bangladeshi banking partners;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Decisions made by j0y9's risk and compliance team regarding bonus eligibility, account verification, or withdrawal approvals, provided those decisions are made in good faith in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

j0y9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. j0y9 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable consumer protection law, j0y9's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j0y9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your j0y9 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure (after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered Bangladesh mobile wallet or bank account within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use j0y9's self-exclusion feature, available directly from the account settings menu. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. A self-excluded account cannot be reinstated before the exclusion period ends; reinstatement after a temporary exclusion period requires a manual confirmation request submitted to [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

Suspension by j0y9: j0y9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited automated systems;
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the timeframe requested by j0y9;
• Any conduct that j0y9 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to the interests of other players.

Where an account is terminated by j0y9 for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, j0y9 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, j0y9 may forfeit the balance in full. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the dispute resolution process set out in this clause.

Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and j0y9 regarding any aspect of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting j0y9 customer support at [email protected]. j0y9 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five business days and to reach an amicable resolution within 20 business days of first notification.

Escalation: If informal resolution is not achieved within the timeframe stated above, either party may escalate the matter for formal resolution. j0y9 is committed to operating as a fair and transparent platform; formal dispute escalation procedures will be communicated to you by the support team at the time of escalation.

Final Decisions: Decisions made by j0y9 regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility determinations, and account suspension or closure actions taken in good faith in accordance with these Terms & Conditions are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above. j0y9 does not accept retrospective challenges to individual game outcomes where those outcomes were delivered by a certified third-party RNG or live dealer system operating within normal parameters.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with j0y9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and j0y9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
